i went with the insurance for my son around a year ago, very easy contacting at the time, and they took all my details as needed, but i am know needing to change some details about cars and i have being trying to contact them for the last 2 months about this, it's extremely frustrating as my son cannot drive untill we contact them, this has being the worst insurance company to get hold of, i've being with a fair few over my years and this is the worst.

I am having the same trouble. I went with Only Young Drivers for the past year. I got a letter 2 DAYS!! before my policy was due to be renew, tried to call to renew and after a lonnnnnnnng wait I eventually got through to a guy in the service team who told me I needed sales, he then gave me a number which is no longer connected!
I have email numerous times to which I have NEVER had a reply.
So the ignorant people lost me as a customer.
Still trying to obtain my proof of no claims...... this is going to be fun!
