They were unhelpful in my experience. Sometimes they will talk over me whilst I am explaining the problem, I wanted to register my cards for securecode and instead of doing that they reset my internet banking code and had re register! Thanks Yorkshire

It would be helpfull and very polite if Yorkshire Bank would just send an Email to customers explaining what is happening with the online services, every one who uses AOL as a server knows this is happening now, though Yorkshire bank probably realised this before the customers.

I have banked with Yorkshire for 25 years and would change to First Direct or The Co-op [yes!] if I were not semi-retired. I no longer risk having an overdraft with them and have run in credit for 3 years or so. They are not a reliable partner in business and to have to call Glasgow even on rare occasions leaves me annoyed every time. I should really go ...

Internet banking service not good at all. Have had to contact YB 4 times now in as many weeks (twice by phone and twice by email) to get my savings account added to my account. It's still not done despite been told that it would be.
Great bank if you are using over the counter services. Very poor for internet ...
