I have tried many yoga teachers over the last 10 years and can honestly say that Jim's mixture of warmth, humour and deep connection to the spirit of yoga is simply incomparable!
His teaching is hatha and raja based with a sprinkling of buddhism and lots of humour.
But don't take my word for it. Go try his classes for yourself.
