The discipline that my Kids learn at Tiger Rock Martial Arts of Frisco Texas is unbelievable. They are not only getting the exercise they need, or the the knowledge to help them grow as individuals but they are learning self motivation and protection. It is an invaluable experience for my children and I think that all parents should check this program out for their kids!
