Sydney is blessed with some amazing places to eat, but Rossopomodoro is definitely my favourite. It is a little out of town in Balmain but easy enough to get to by bus or car and the food will make the effort worth while 100%. On the wall the 'rules' of the restaurant are laid out including 'No pineapple' and best ingredients used. The Pizzas are thin and crispy and all the constituent parts are beautiful.
