I have bought Sheepskin Zippy Boots from Redfoot on a couple of occasions. On latest occasion one zip was stuck on a boot. Redfoot offered free return postage to get the boot repaired or replaced even though they had been worn a couple of times. This is the level of custoer service that makes customers return. The boots were of good quality apart fronm the fault. (read more)
