Can't recommend this company highly enough. This was my first experience of professional shoe dying and I was a bit anxious about the results as my shoes were quite expensive and a size 2 which were quite difficult to find in the first place. I wanted these shoes for a wedding so I sent them off with a piece of the lining of the dress for a colour match. The shoes are leather which again worried me but the result was amazing. It is a perfect match and a really professional finish. I had expected the dye to run inside the shoe and possibly on to the sole but there isn't a mark. I am so impressed and I will definitely use them again in the future. I have since bought a satin clutch bag from Dune in Whiteleys Shopping Centre in Bayswater and I will be sending this off to be dyed. As I discussed the bag with the store manager it came up in conversation about the dyeing. I gave her the details which she intends to pass on to her customers as she has numerous requests for this service but did not know who to recommend.
I also spoke with Judy and Jane on numerous occassions and they were both extremely helpful at all times.
