I will write as I found the service.
I sent my white shoes to be dyed ivory. I used the platinum service and was phoned within the 3 days to be informed that the dye had run onto the sole. As the conversation progressed, it transpired that the shoes had been dyed black! Although mildly apologetic, it was me that sourced the identical pair and informed shoe dying direct where to purchase them. The overall impression at this point (intentional or not) was that they were trying to sell me a pair of their shoes.
I was told that they would sort it out, I received no phone call to say that they had sorted it out. I had to phone them myself to establish this.
The identical shoes did arrive and they have been dyed perfectly in ivory. The full platinum service was charged despite it taking over 7 working days to be processed. By way of apology, they did offer to sell me my black shoes for £25.00!
In summary, eventually a good service, but if your shoes are precious to you, be careful. Although pleasant, the customer service was poor. They admitted fault, but really, the overall service left a lot to be desired and caused a fair bit of stress.
