I had a pair of shoes dyed seceral months ago for my daughters wedding later in the yearand I recently sent a handbag to be dyed in the same colour. They phoned me to suggest that I sent a shoe as well as the colour sample that I had sent, so they could get a peefect match. They also rang me to tell me that they had sent the shoe and bag back when they finished and it arrived the next day. They seemed really caring and I was very impressed that they took the time to ring me personally.
