“Awful company, awful product”

The shoes I received had already been worn and when I sent them back for a refund (because they did not fit) they said I had worn them outside and had caused this damage and would not refund. So now i'm stuck with second hand shoes that don't fit me.

Very rude customer service both on the phone and especially in store at the Birmingham branch where you'll find the most snobby, judgemental arrogant manager in the city.
