From day one the strap kept coming off at one end. After my holiday I looked more closely and found the rivet had a split in it. Someone said crocs will send replacements but they didn't want to know.
I previously had fake crocs for £5 and personally I would have been better off buying those again.
Crocs are just a rip-off with no customer care.
