My daughter purchased a very cute pair of boots with flannel insides and zippers up the back. On her second day of wearing them, BOTH zippers broke! We tried to exchange them for the exact same kind...we even had the receipt and original box. Just so you know, doesn't matter if you have either! The fact that she wore them voids all return/exchanges for the future. Even the sales clerk said she could tell they hadn't been damaged due to wear and tear. When I asked her if the zippers had split as soon as we walked out of the store, would they have exchanged them? Ummm...no...they had been worn! Funny how the COO of Cathy Jean is listed online but without an email or phone number. BTW, her name is Cathy Jean Grice. No direct email or phone available but she has a Linkedin account. Tried to go that route but you have to upgrade before one is allowed to see her contact info. Smart lady! Or is this shady? All I know is...we will tell 10 friends and so on and so on and so on!
