I don't mined a having problems with a product providing the back up service is there. The company no idea of what service is about. Having direct contact, keeping the customer informed and selling products that work would be a start. Go to TK-Link their product works without any problem and it's 4G

I have always used my USB dongle when me and my husband was away On holiday in our caravan witch use to be abit of a pain If Iam honest because while he wanted to to watch sky sports I wanted to watch my bbc I player and with there only being one dongle "Witch is on contract" use be be annoying let's just say we had a Few falls outs over this but not anymore well since we got this 3G MiFI We have been able to set up our own little hotspot and now we can both use The dongle at the same time we are very happy with this product and would just Like to say we would recommend it to anyone else who may have the same issue When in the caravans Thank you Margret & phill From Dorset

From day one this device has not provided me with a stable connection to the internet I have in the past rewritten the code to my 3mobile mifi in order to use any network provider through their hardwear so I don't see as I was informed by the customer service dept of go baby mobile that the failing of this product was not there hard wear but my inability to understand how to setup this device not the case but unwillingness to refund or replace has left a very bitter taste in my mouth that will prevent me from ever purchasing anything from this company in the future. I am using this mifi device to send this review with unlimited internet provision but I will count myself extremely lucky if I manage to send this and the unit is still connected to the internet in order for me to be able to surf any further.

I got one of these 3G MiFi i have always just used my dongle but i thought well i can just use my simcard out of my dongle it automatically connected whn i put my simcard inn connected it it and works fine now i got my own wireless hotspot Overall i say Good Value For Money as it works with any network very happy Thanks for reading Jess

I write this after a lengthy period of time trying unsuccessfully to get the MiFi product I bought from them to work. They claim that the MiFi product works with any network. They also confirmed to me that the product worked with a specific dongle before I bought the item. I did this because the dongle was in South Africa with my daughter who is working for an AIDs charity and I needed to be certain it worked before I bought the item and shipped it out to her. When she received it, it did not work even with the configuration settings sent to me by GBM. After several calls and emails they asked for the product back to check, so I had it shipped back from South Africa and sent to them asking them to confirm it worked with the dongle they had already confirmed it worked with and if it did not work I asked for a refund. A month later I received it back in the post with a note simply saying the device worked. That was the sum of their help. They now do not reply to my emails. We certainly cannot get the product to work with the dongle they claimed it would work with, so in my opinion is not fit for the purpose it was sold for. They have refused to provide a refund, which in my understanding of the Sale of Goods act, they are obliged to do, if the goods do not work in the manner described at the time of purchase. It is their approach to customer support which is the problem. Any sensible company would accept they have a problem with a product and either resolve the issue of provide a refund. That way keeps customers happy and a happy customer is a returning customer. As for their claim on their website that 'we pride ourselves on achieving 100% customer satisfaction.', well just search the web for GoBabyMobile to see the list of complaints.

Same problem, working in Mali, signal booster and mifi not working and compatible, need more customize setup options. Great ideas, poor products...

I bought this Go Baby Mobile 3G MiFi as me and my husband only had a USB Dongle we both use while in our caravan and we both needed to use the internet so we took the simcard out of our dongle and put it into the Go Baby Mobile MiFi and it connected automatically witch is great so there is not setup required also we have a Spanish dongle we use when we are in Spain so now we can just take the simcard out of that one too and use this new one Overall very happy with this device and the fact it will work on any network is just a bonus Highly recommended Thanks for reading happy surfing Sue

I was quite surprised that the Go Baby Mobile MiFi device wasn't already on here because it was exactly what I needed. I felt compelled to write this review to let other people know about this great product. I have a 3G dongle that I'm quite happy with, it costs me just £5 a month so I didn't want to change plans or anything. I needed something to turn it into a wireless signal though because other members of the family wanted to use it at the same time and so on. This nifty little gadget allows me to plug in my dongle and turns it into a WiFi hotspot. I can even take it on holiday with us, in the car, or to meetings. I've had no problems so far and setting it up was a breeze - considering I'm not the most technical person, this is important to me. I've tried to be critical, but I can't seem to find anything. It's the perfect solution and I get to keep my trusty dongle!

How did you set your one up. I have emailed the company for the 3rd time today asking for help. I get all the blue lights on except on the wireless. I have a vodaphone dongle and i have a asus tf300 transformer do i need to do something within the ip address web pages which i can get onto but no other internet pages.

3network is hopeless at customer service and even their technical department is the worst I've ever known. As for signal, not good at all. Do not pay for anything relating to 3Network and certainly don't enter into a contract with them - they tell you one thing and do another. Hard to contact if you need help or advice.
