Sake quality varies widely, and Ozeki makes some excellent brews in Japan. This is the dry version of their California-made restaurant quality sake. If I was ranking it against other premium sakes I've had, it would get 2-3 stars, but for a basic dinner sake it's fine. I'd put it above the standard Sho Chiku Bai "classic" and extra dry, and definitely above the Gekkeikan "Traditional". All are junmai-shu (all-rice), not ginjo (augmented by other alcohol, often corn-based).
If you want to warm it, keep it a few degrees cooler than a regular, full-bodied sake.
