I would definitely caution on ordering from them. My experience has been quite unfortunate with the trial case with the first few bottles I opened all being "off" - super high in tanins and almost tasting corked or turned. I reached out to customer care and it took 2 weeks for anyone to respond to me. They then offered to replace but still 2 more weeks have gone by and no sign of new bottles. So, overall pretty disappointing and surprising for a brand like Virgin.
The wine selection could potentially be ok but the bottles I opened were far from good/read almost undrinkable. Might have been my case but since I never got a replacement, I wouldn't know.
Their marketing is top notch as all those emails come through to me quite frequently. Customer care though is far from fast to respond.
