Horrible

I purchased a travel zoo certificate and placed the order with the company using the voucher. A month later I still had not received my wine so I called and was advised that the order was never sent. I spoke with a man who confidently assured me the wine would be sent. I called another month later and was advised that he had never even ordered the wine and it was not sent again. Earlier this week, I called and was advised that a manager would review the situation and call me back. Of counse, no call and now I am heading to the wine store since I still do not have any wine and they still have my money!
I have spent a significant amount of time dealing with this company with no success!
