While initially I enjoyed the wines and the flexibility the "Explorer's Club" gave me in choosing and receiving wines, I recently have been a victim of this company in which they bombard you with emails regarding different cases that are available. Then suddenly, I am charged for a case I did not order, am told that because I did not "decline" it, that meant I wished to receive it. Meanwhile, they charged my bank account, I have incurred insufficient funds fees, which they will not reimburse. They told me two days ago that they were crediting my bank account, which has not happened. Don't join this club. They are a rip off!
