Let's get straight about this. You are paying for a service and the provision of wine on your doorstep every three months. We have been members for at least six years now and over the last 18 months have been using the service properly. The wines are generally very very good. If you don't like any of them just contact your personal wine advisor - mine is Jason - and work out how to proceed. He has been brilliant with instance responses and actions taken. We've now worked up a pretty good arrangement where we massage, adapt or replace our standard case with a selection we like from the previous wines we've been supplied with and we work up a deal. You can't lose really and its so much better than the lottery at your local supermarket. But you're not getting free wine - just excellent wine at reasonable prices - get real everybody please!
