My husband and I have been ordering online (mostly) for several years now and we have probably had maybe 2 wines that have not been to our tastes, although we still finished the bottle! Occasionally we are contacted regarding wine offers and this is the only time we are happy to receive calls from somebody in a sales team!! Have always found the service regarding telephone contact and receiving the wines fine. Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that for several months fairly recently I could not order online as something IT related had clearly changed at their end and despite reporting it a few times it was not resolved however we used their call back service to order during that period. Issue seems to have been resolved now but irrespect of the glitch, I highly recommend if you enjoy decent wines sourced by people who clearly know what they are doing.
