I have been using STWC for about 8 years. Other than First Direct, they have consistently the finest customer service of any internet retailer I use. The wines are very good value, the firm is clever to encourage you to go only slightly outside your comfort zone, and I have enjoyed many new wines because of them.

I don't normally leave reviews, but didn't want people's first reviews to be read to be from those who tried the firm once and didn't get good service. I have used their customer service dozens of times and it has always been excellent.
