I have been a happy customer of Laithwaites for many years and have always enjoyed their superb service and good advice when I needed it. Like all wine merchants, some of the wines offered are not to our taste, or though others might not agree. If you are buying wine one needs to understand what the various regions can offer and know what your own tastes are like. If I am uncertain, them I always enquire. Never have I received bad advice. Get to know what you enjoy and learn a little about what else is available from your merchant. LAitwaite have always come up trumps and if you find a bad bottle (which can happen when buying wine), then this has always been replaced without question.
