    I purchase my winchester 1000 model at a close out sale Kmart for 51.00 with tax. I did this to test the quality of the Turkish made air rifle.

    I have mounted 2 different scopes on this rifle and cannot keep the scope from moving. The mounting brackets work themselves loose from vibration. I am thinking about JB welding the scope in place because an allen screw can't be tightened repeatedly without stripping it out. I would return this rifl ...

    I have had my Winchester 1000 for about three years and have never had a problem with it. The recoil is not that bad i have never had a problem with scopes the trigger pull is a little stiff at first but after about 1000 or so shots it loosens right up. my gun will hold a one inch pattern at 75 yard ...

    I bought this gun a year ago. i first bought a 11-87. I was told that it would shot light loads. Wrong. I took it back to Cabela's and bought the SX3. Took it to the field and had a great time.     The gun worked ok, then the bb'a started backing up in the barrel. tried the penetrating fluid thinking maybe, that would work
    I do like the little rifle, it does give me very fond memories,,,,,,
    I need to get it fixed,,,,
    the rifle, is very accurate, when shooting.
