“terrible service”

I had the brilliant idea to buy a costume for my nephew who lives in Italy and i chose a product because was in stock and to be delivered in 2/3 days. After the confirmation of payment and order i received an update which says: sorry but the item is out of stock, it can be delivered in 13 days!!!! (the time it will be in stock again). Moral of the story: No costume in time for Carneval and no answers to my million emails when i found out it!. Thanks Angelwholesale!

We are a wholesale trade site not a retailer and all our lead times are detailed under the product description and clearly displayed. We also send an email immediately the order is placed to advise of the approximate leadtime. We also urge our trade customers to email us if an order is urgent as we process hundreds of orders a day we can progress those are required sooner. This product was not in stock when you ordered and we are a UK Wholesale company .
