“Worst Customer Service”

Bought a Quiksilver wetsuit and the zipper broke the second time I wore it! Returned it after assurances that I would get a new wetsuit. A shoddy repair was done and it was shipped back ground (after I had initially paid for air shipping) in an undersized box which left the suit permanently creased. This compaction of the neoprene is now a cold!

Never again!!

Avoid! This is comping from a previously loyal customer.
