I cannot tell you how appalled I am at their level of customer service.
The web site says fast delivery. What an absolute joke. It has taken almost 2 weeks to find out that they didn't even have any stock, and even then it was via email! Not even an apology over the phone.
I have never once been advised about ANY delay or a problem with supply , either when I placed the order, or in any of the SEVEN conversations I have had trying to find out where my order was! They were quick enough to take my money though.
Their communicational skills are absolutely none existant and no-one even knows the customer service number, neither can they put you though either!
Rest assured I will be placing reviews in as many places as I possibly can and I shall be purchasing one of thier competitors products in the future.
Dont waste your time and your money!

I had the same problem, still waiting for my order from three weeks ago customer service absolutely atrocious no emails no returned calls asked for my money back said I have to write in,please take my advice AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
