I have all of her videos, and she definitely pushes you to better yourself. I love how she is able to talk through the work outs. I really see a difference within a few weeks. My stamina and strength increases daily and I owe it to him. Recently have been doing the 30 day shred, and Let me tell you it is work but when you are seeing results in your favor it is worth it! “Amazing - never been able to keep it up before”

The 30 day shred DVD is brilliant. I've done everything, gym, classes, other DVD's but this is the only one where I was able to keep it up for a sustained period. Every day you do a 20 minute workout (+about 6 mins warm up/cool down). You do 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio and one minute abs and you do that 3 times.
