The 30 day shred DVD is brilliant. I've done everything, gym, classes, other DVD's but this is the only one where I was able to keep it up for a sustained period.
Every day you do a 20 minute workout (+about 6 mins warm up/cool down). You do 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio and one minute abs and you do that 3 times.
Within those sets you have two exercises that you do for 30 seconds. As you can imagine you never get bored with it.
There are 3 levels that you do over 10 days each with a break every 5 days.
It worked great, I lost 7lbs and 2 inches off my waist!
