Exemplary Service, fast delivery, excellent quality products

So it's bank holiday weekend and one week until my mother in law's wedding for which I'm chief bridesmaid.... Panic as I remember I've forgotten to order some items!!
Quick email to Tip Top Wedding Shop requesting items and if I would be able to collect as I didn't live too far away & delivery stated allow 10 days. Not expecting a prompt reply due to bank holiday back log and previous poor experience with similar retailers during my own wedding prep two years ago, I was so grateful and surprised to receive a reply early Tuesday morning stating that I was unable to collect (it's not an actual retailer shop) but if I placed an order that day the items would be with me the next day. Again not holding my breath due to previous experiences, I placed my order at about 3pm on the Tuesday and waited for correspondence.
Immediate reply to say order received, followed closely by reply stating order shipped. Order delivered by 8am Wednesday morning.
Unbelievable and unexpected excellent customer service, and I have high expectations!! Prompt delivery and excellent item quality. Very impressed. Highly recommend this shop.
