ordered 6 beer mugs for my groomsmen. 2 were spelled incorrectly from what i submitted online. 2 others were broken (could have been shippers fault). They did replace the damaged and misspelled ones, although barely in time for the bachelor party. Also sent cosmetic bag for bridesmaid with wrong name and too wrong address. This item was NOT received in time for the bachelorette party. We ordered an aisle runner, took longer than advertised online to be delivered and their excuse was they had not updated their website to the longer time. When we received the personalized $120 runner, it looked like cheap toilet paper! Some of the other small thank you gifts were perfect and customer service was apologetic, it just took about 20 phone calls (and lots of stress) in the month before the wedding. The best part of this website is the free wedding website. If it wasn't for the bad customization of products and poor communication, I would have rated this company higher.

I heard its name and love its blog! It give me many lovely and beautiful wedding ideas from their blog and pics. I will list it to my dreamy wedding vendor!
