I ordered 35 Ivory metal butterfly tea light holders for my wedding and cannot be more pleased. They are smaller than I envisaged but that makes them even nicer. Just big enough to sit a tea light inside comfortably. The butterfly detailing is just lovely, just clean lines and no jagged edges. They will make a great finish to my table centre decorations. Think the person i spoke to in customer services needs to go on training again- not at all helpful and very rude in fact. Placed an order on Monday and since then have heard nothing. As one of the items I ordered is not in stock for 3 weeks none of the order will be dispatched until then. I am sorry you feel your enquiry was not dealt with to your satisfaction but as explained during your telephone conversation, as one of the items on your order was out of stock and you asked for the in stock item to be increased in quantity, to enable us to do this for you we would have needed to take card details as your initial order had been paid for via paypal and for security reasons we are unable to take additional payments direct from anyone's paypal account at which point you advised the operator you would like to cancel the order rather than make adjustments to the payment to cover the additional cost for the extra items.
Once again I am sorry you feel the Customer Service provided was not to your satisfaction and if you would still like to order the items, full payment can be made on line from your paypal account or we would be more than happy to process the order over the telephone for you using a Credit or Debit Card as previously advised before you asked us to cancel the order for you.
