staff at reception very helpful bar staff have not got a clue they think they are doing you a favour by serving you and the security staff are a disgrace no idea how to deal with residents/customers. We found them to be intimidating to guest it seemed the security staff were trying to provoke residents/guests by their attitude in order for the security staff to call the police to end the party early. This is an honest and truthful account of our experience with a wedding reception held recently at Crewe Hall not one person from 200 in attendance would ever recommend to friends holding another party at Crewe Hall.
