Where to begin, I ordered 10 desposiable cameras from www.thelastdetail.com for my wedding day. The title of the product was wedding desposiable camera! I was so excited to collect them from boots when I got the call to say that they were ready for collection. On opening the ten packs I was so upset about 2 in each pack had actaully developed, I went back into boots and was told that it was the quality of the cameras/a fault witht them. I contacted the lastdetail.co.uk and they asked me to send the thumbnails and negatives, I was pleased with the service at this point they were very quick and friendly. I then received a shocking email from them making every excuse under the sun about why the pictures did not come out properly, two of the entire films came out bright blue and I was told that soemone in the photo might have been wearing blue hence the poor quality..what a load of rubbish! I spent £40 on the cameras and £50 on getting the developed for nothing! Pictures had bright yellow scrathches all over them and fuzzy lines....their responce was that they could'nt see them on the thumbnails! I suggested they got the negatives developed themselves so that they could see the proper extent of the quality! I was told bluntly that I would not receive any form of compensation or a refund. Basically if you are getting married and want to buy some last bits do not use them as it will be the last crappy detail. Their cameras are not fit for purpose! I have 20 blurry, dark fuzzy pictures of my speech taken on 3 different cameras so they can't even blame my guests! RUBBISH COMPANY!
