I ordered the Gold Essence invitations and when I received them they were amazing. The staff were extremely accommodating throughout the ordering process and tried their very best to find the right coloured gold ribbon. The invitations were of a high standard with thick card and beautifully refined details on the invitation and delivered in a lovely black cardboard box all in one piece. Many of the guests who received the invitation said how posh they looked. A few of my guests actually wrote how nice the invitation was on the RSVP.Two of my guests said that they were the best invitations that they had ever received. That definitely put a smile on my face. I am looking forward to ordering my order of services and I would highly recommend this website for ordering wedding stationary. I found these guys online by chance and so glad I did. I have used them for save the dates and invites. Great communication and generally very helpful. Also have had lots of compliments about invites. Very reasonable rates especially when all weddings costs seem to spiral out of control. Def recommend and will use agin in the future!

We took some time selecting the perfect invitation for us. WOW we are delighted with them. Ordered my invites, had a few issues with the website but the customer service lady was extremely helpful. I got my proof the next day, had a few amendments as I'd changed my mind on some of the wording, nothing was too much trouble, they sent me another proof which I was happy with. I received my invites within 5 days of agreeing the proof and am absolutely over the moon .... they are beautiful. I would definately recommend Paperthemes.

Like most soon to be brides. I ordered a few wedding samples from different companies. Paper Themes were by far the best quality invites & I chose a beautiful design that i loved. I received many compliments on my invites. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Pricing worked out good value for money. The turn-around for my invites was very prompt and as a result I'm a very happy customer! Totally recommend!

Products supplied, quickly, in perfect condition. We place our order in the middle of April and the whole process moved on very smoothly. We needed to make a couple of changes to our invitations and the team at Paper Themes dealt with this with no complaints. Products are not the cheapest out there but we have had lots of positive comments since sending them out!!

Myself and my fiancé experienced great customer service from paper themes, we received samples in a couple of days, our proof took just under the 5 working days they promised and when the final product arrived, 3 weeks after we ordered we were delighted with it. We had to speak to their customer service team on a couple of occasions who were very helpful. Would definitely recommend!!!

Had i taken note of all the bad reviews I wouldn't have placed my order with paper themes, however, after contacting them with my concerns I received honest feedback as to what the issues had been and how they had been addressed. So I decided to take a chance on them and I am so glad i did. My sample was ordered on Tuesday, arrived on Wednesday. Placed order Wednesday evening, received proof by Friday, once returned second prof was sent out Monday which I confirmed. My order arrived in the post Thursday, and so pleased with it, it's just what we wanted at an affordable cost. If you have an concerns using them contact them first, I received personal reassurance and contact throughout the whole process and I am so pleased i took a gamble on them, well, worth the risk :)

Order placed ages ago, heard nothing. Planning a wedding is stressful enough without having to deal with this company. Getting the invites was bad enough, wanted the order of service to match, but decided not to bother with them and do them ourselves. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Do not use this company all The bad reviews are correct, samples Arrive quickly and everything you thought they would Be, you place an order then it All goes wrong from there, proofs were not Sent working 5 working days but there Quick enough to take Your money then when trying to Ring to chase Them Up the phone rings and rings And no One answers after 2 weeks of just wanting out proofs We decided to cancel our order. Wedding planning can be stressfull enough. We then had to keep trying to contact the company via telephone with no answer we only ever seemed To get replies when emailed via their website we was told a refund would go through however 3 weeks Later and numerous chase up calls and emails we finally got our refund after being told the week Before it would Be done that afternoon. It took us nearly 2 months to get our refund, their customer care Is appalling, avoid this company don't Put yourself through any more stress.

I am happy to say we received our invitations yesterday. May I please take the opportunity to thank Paper Themes for absolutely fantastic work that you have done. We are both very pleased with our invitations, they are beautiful and their quality is fantastic. It is very hard to find decent, personalised invitations, and I have to point out that we went through samples from over 10 different suppliers, from two different countries! I also appreciate that this order was challenging considering different language involved in wording. I am amazed how quickly we have received the proof and the order itself. Outstanding customer service, very quick response to all (even the most silly!) questions. Easy, secure payment over the phone.

I spent some time researching companies who made personalized wedding stationary and after coming across at 15% discount code for Paper Themes I decided to use them. I contacted them before placing the order to ask if the code would still be valid that weekend, which is when I intended to place the order. I didn't get a response. The weekend came around and the 15% discount code on their website had been removed. I decided to place the order regardless as I liked the designs and the promise of a quick turnaround (approximately 5 days). This turned out to be a terrible decision. 6 weeks passed and I still hadn't received proofs for the items I had ordered. I felt I had given the company a reasonable amount of time to produce them so decided to contact their customer services to find out what was happening. I spoke to a very polite and helpful lady who explained that they were currently having issues finding reliable proof readers but it wouldn't take much longer for the proofs to arrive. A further 2 weeks passed before I finally received them. I quickly checked and approved the proofs and within a couple of days I received an e-mail confirming that the order had been dispatched. This was followed by another e-mail, explaining that in fact only one item had been dispatched and it was incorrect - it was a postbox but with the names of another couple on! I was offered an apology, a 10% refund on the total value of my order and told to dispose of the postbox I had incorrectly received. I was assured I would receive the correct goods in the next couple of days. When the goods arrived everything was great, all good quality and as described, apart from the pop-up sign I ordered which again had the names of another couple on! The whole debacle is still ongoing... All you brides-to-be, avoid this company at all costs...unless you want unnecessary pre-wedding stress!
