Myself and my fiancé experienced great customer service from paper themes, we received samples in a couple of days, our proof took just under the 5 working days they promised and when the final product arrived, 3 weeks after we ordered we were delighted with it. We had to speak to their customer service team on a couple of occasions who were very helpful.

Would definitely recommend!!!
