I spent some time researching companies who made personalized wedding stationary and after coming across at 15% discount code for Paper Themes I decided to use them. I contacted them before placing the order to ask if the code would still be valid that weekend, which is when I intended to place the order. I didn't get a response. The weekend came around and the 15% discount code on their website had been removed. I decided to place the order regardless as I liked the designs and the promise of a quick turnaround (approximately 5 days). This turned out to be a terrible decision.
6 weeks passed and I still hadn't received proofs for the items I had ordered. I felt I had given the company a reasonable amount of time to produce them so decided to contact their customer services to find out what was happening. I spoke to a very polite and helpful lady who explained that they were currently having issues finding reliable proof readers but it wouldn't take much longer for the proofs to arrive. A further 2 weeks passed before I finally received them. I quickly checked and approved the proofs and within a couple of days I received an e-mail confirming that the order had been dispatched. This was followed by another e-mail, explaining that in fact only one item had been dispatched and it was incorrect - it was a postbox but with the names of another couple on! I was offered an apology, a 10% refund on the total value of my order and told to dispose of the postbox I had incorrectly received. I was assured I would receive the correct goods in the next couple of days. When the goods arrived everything was great, all good quality and as described, apart from the pop-up sign I ordered which again had the names of another couple on! The whole debacle is still ongoing...
All you brides-to-be, avoid this company at all costs...unless you want unnecessary pre-wedding stress!
