Far too slow

Having placed our order a month ago, we were advised a proof would be delivered electronically within 5 days for approval and invitations would thereafter take approximately two weeks. A month later and we have not yet even received an electronic proof! Having called Paperthemes we were told that they were experiencing delays but no apology was given, we were promised our electronic proof within two days, this was a week ago and surprise surprise no proof! We have e-mailed twice and not received a response. We have tried to call a number of times but cannot get through! We have e-mailed trying to request a refund and to cancel our order as we are concerned there will not be enough time to send out our invitations but have received no reply. We will definately not be recommending Paperthemes or using them for the rest of our wedding stationary!
