Started off well, good range of gifts and helpful customer services. As soon as people had handed over their money and we put in our order it went downhill. We are still waiting for some of our gifts and have been repeatedly lied to about when they will arrive, have now given up and asked for the balance to be issued on a selfridges gift card so we can draw a line under it. Do not use them, John Lewis may have a more limited selection but I have heard only good things about their customer service. If i could have given no stars i would have done.
