“Bad Service, Bad Delivery”

We were excited to use John Lewis, but very disappointed. On multiple occasions,gifts that people purchased for us on the list were discontinued and had to be exchanged for vouchers or other goods. On the delivery day, John Lewis muddled our address and were not apologetic on the phone after I stayed in waiting for the delivery for seven hours. I am waiting for delivery date number two.
