“What a shambles”

Have only just been able to log on to website after weeks and weeks. Debenehams won't tell me how much my guests have contributed and a payment i made has disappeared! Website says go to store, store are clueless, but ring customer service who won't re-set the password, I email cutomer service and they send me back to the store - I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHO MUCH MY FRIENDS HAVE CONTRIBUTED! IT'S NOT DIFFICULT YOU CRETINS!!!
