After trying on so many dresses at so many places, I couldnt find THE dress. Upon a visit in London with my mom, we decided to try out zomo. She gave us a warm welcome and asked questions regarding what kind of dress I wanted. That's when she knew the exact dress that would fit all my wishes! It was love at first sight. “Awful service and uncomfortable environment”

From the moment my mum aunty and maid of honour were escorted into the shop, we were made to feel uncomfortable, and out of place. Considering my budget stretches to about £3000, I was made to feel like a leper. The dresses were nice but I wasn't asked one thing about my wedding, just what style of dress. I wasn't asked to look and pick out dresses, I was stood there awkwardly while she brought up dresses and didn't even know what I would like. I was then given a dress to try on which... (read more)

Zomo Couture is by far THE BEST wedding dress shop in London & Kent. I bough my wedding dress (Tia - Benjamin Roberts) from here for my wedding abroad (Cape Town) in February 2013. The service was excellent from start to finish. I went on my own to most of the dress shops as my MOH lived abroad and Mary was so wonderful, kind, patient & understanding. “Disappointing service, somewhere I would not recommend!”

I decided to get an appointment at Zomo Couture having looked on line at their collections and reading reviews on here. To say we were greeted warmly & made to feel welcome would be a massive exaggeration! We were not even spoken to upon our arrival, left to stand in the front of the shop, hard to call it a reception area as it was so small. We were then silently escorted through to the seating area & told to sit. There were then several books of dresses put in front of us...again without... (read more)

went to several of the well known 'designer' bridal shops before I stopped into the store on the way home from a tiring day of trying dresses. Where the other stores had put me off with pushy staff asking what you wanted from a dress and then putting you in either what was nearest, or I suspect, most expensive RFDG / Zomo Couture was a really welcome change!
