I ordered a maternity wedding dress from witeazalea.com. The dress arrived and was dirty from pencil markings as well as other dirt marks, and plenty of dark threads were left behind and sewn between the layers and could be seen from the front of the dress. I emailed photos as soon as I opened the dress, it needs to be cleaned and whiteazalea.com told me to wash it myself. I'm not comfortable doing that as it will also need to be pressed, and they're not willing to refund me in full for the cleaning costs. This is poor customer service at it's best, I will not be ordering from them again and would not recommend them to anyone I know.
