I ordered from this company for one bridesmaid dress and received it and it was beautiful so i decided to order more for the rest of the bridesmaids and not i can't even get in contact with them. i have sent many emails and have tried calling but all i get is an answering machine, but no luck getting back to me... i just hope i never ordered from the wrong company...

It's hard to communicate if there is SOMETHING wrong with the dress. Even if u don't customize the size, u can't return or exchange. The size are misinterpreted, it doesn't comes out as the sizes described on the website. I ordered my bridesmaid dresses on their website based on the pictures provided but when I recieved the actual item, it doesn't look anything like the pictures. The only reason I rate the overall rating 4 stars is that the delivery was not kinda slow, they said I would get the dress 28th, I received it at 30th, but that's OK, no rush. My dress came two sizes too small , and they are saying it's the dress I ordered, I measured the dress I got and the size is between a small and a medium and I ordered a Large size 12 US. This is directed message is directed to lady that ordered the dresses and they came 2 sizes smaller and no tags. Hopefully you went through PayPal if so, put in a dispute with Paypal regarding you can not contact them and the dresses are not the right size and they wont work with you. Next, contact your bank and have them reverse the charges. Maybe sure you save all emails that you have from weddingdressesgood because your bank will require it. Your bank will reverse the changes, and take that money and go into a STORE and buy a dress. Never trust online purchasing exspecially in another country. I learned the hard way. But i got my money back and I shipped the dresses back, which they stop responding to my emails so I couldnt get their address so i goggled the address and it came up. I shipped the dresses back through the post office and used tracking and a signature. Make sure you keep all paperwork! GOOD LUCK.

Their merchandise and customer service are terrible! I bought a simple prom dress from them and it came it two weeks later, but it did not look like the picture AT ALL! It looked so incredibly cheap and poorly made. Sequins were falling off, there were runs in the fabric, and the material was so cheap! It was just so awful. Especially because we paid over $100. Also, the lace is frayed, the seams and hems are loose, and there are loose threads all over it! I paid extra for custom sizing ( measurements taken by a professional seamstress) and the dress does not fit. I am a part of a bridal party, we ordered our dresses 4 weeks ago..one person recieved the dress, and it is not the designer dress on the web page..it is supposed to be a bubble hem, but actually looks like a giant poof ball! I would not recommend this website to anyone. First of all on the website it clearly states that it only takes 3-16 days to get the dress and then 3-11 days to ship it. I ordered mine on March 6th and did not receive it until April 9th. Now this normally wouldn't bother me since it wasn't that late but I payed for quick order ($35) which ships it in 3-6 days. I have had the same proble. I found the prom dress of my dream and ordered it about 5 days ago. It keeps saying that it has not been paid for but it sent me a comfirmation letter thanking me for my purchase? So I'm super parinoid not knowin If it will come when it's suppose to or not. I've tried contacting the and no luck as well. Maybe they're just busy???
