Their merchandise and customer service are terrible! I bought a simple prom dress from them and it came it two weeks later, but it did not look like the picture AT ALL! It looked so incredibly cheap and poorly made. Sequins were falling off, there were runs in the fabric, and the material was so cheap! It was just so awful. Especially because we paid over $100. Even worse, I've been trying to contact customer service for two weeks about it, and they won't answer any of my emails! I am so angry and frustrated. Never ever shop with them.
