One member of the team was rude and has no bedside manner what so ever when dealing with customers. The others were nice and helpful.
The final alterations were not made on my daughters dress - when we went to collect the dress, they confirmed all alterations had been done and the dress steamed. Until the following wedding morning when we realised my daughters dress had not been altered at the top and was too big and gaping all day.
Mistakes happen in all businesses but when I emailed them to advise of this in her true rude style I received an unsympathetic response with a level of sarcasm within? This is no way to treat a customer that has just spent over £2000 between your bridal and mother of bride outfits.
Lovely dresses - shocking service ! I was dealt with rudely on 2 of our visits and only for the fact I paid £500 on first visit with another woman I would never have stepped back in that shop again after the way I was spoken to!
There are thousands of customer service skill courses - use some of this years profit margin and take a long course.
