I went to this shop to try on a dress and was served by a woman. I was bitterly disappointed not only with the dress selection but how I was treated by her. She appeared to have no real knowledge for a style that would suit my shape and seemed to only put me in dresses she wanted to sell. She made me look fat and dumpy, everything a bride doesn't want to look. I have now found my perfect dress in another bridal shop in St Albans and would not recommend Satin Bow to any future brides.

Clearly was just a fat bridge who was disappointed they didnt stock plus size dresses!
