Both Stores offer Amazing service! Soooo happy!

Hi. I came for my first appointment in june 2015 with 3 family members. I had been to a big london show previously so had an idea of what I was looking for. the person I dealt with was fantastic I was nervous and worried about time going over but she really put me at ease. By the third dress I found the one and just tried on a couple more to make sure. When I was worries if id chosen too quickly she assured me its never too early and when I put the dress back on I was sooo pleased. I had also visited the Kingston store with a friend we popped in on the off chance she could try bridesmaid dresses on. the other the person I dealt with was fabulous and we were there an hour and had such fun. Although since then I have purchased dresses elsewhere due to costs and getting married abroad I would recommend to anyone that both stores have amazing dresses for brides and bridesmaids. When I also cant get over how quickly my dress came in. It was in within 3 months and I couldnt wait to try it on and it was even more perfect. It was then I chose my beautiful side tiara. I also recently bought my shoes and was fully suprised when I got the phone call after the next day of ordering that they arrived. Absolutely superb service and Lovely bunch of staff. Thank you all so much.
