After purchasing a dress at the Love Me Do sale in October I become worried that I had grabbed a dress that I didn't truly love. I emailed Love Me Do voicing my concerns about my bridezilla moment (the dress was beautiful, I just felt it wasn't "the one") and I received a lovely email back saying I could come to the Walton store and try on new dresses and exchange the dress I bought in the sale. Further emails were sent that were friendly and thorough (they needed my dress size and wedding date etc). I went into the Walton store this weekend just gone and the ladies asked what I liked, I didn't even have to dig through the dresses, the ladies knew exactly what I was talking about. They pulled about 5 dresses into the changing room and helped me in and out of them without a struggle or a moan when I repeatedly tried 2 of the dresses on. The owner was completely honest about how I looked in the dresses and helped me decide on my dream dress. I would 100% recommend Love Me Do Brides to all bride-to-be's... Gorgeous collection and the dress was exchanged without a problem. I would go as far as to say, Love Me Do have saved my life and I now know I can walk down the aisle in a dress that is truly gorgeous!

You do know because my partner left me 6 days before my wedding and you wouldn't refund me for my veil even though I had the receipt and it hadn't even been taken out of the packaging. My mum rang you up in tears and you were so stern with her.

This plus the fact your seamstress tried to charge me £300 for basic alterations and you did not believe me when I said her flat stank of cats urine, unfortunately means if I ever meet the right person to marry again, I will not be using lovemedo.

You could easily have resold the veil full price and saved you ordering it in if someone else liked the design and my mum even asked if we could return it for half price.

No compassion.
