Absolutely amazing! Preparing for a wedding is a very stressful time as any bride will tell you. Without doubt the most important item is the dress. It has to be right or the day is ruined. My budget was small enough but I was prepared to spend a reasonable amount. I looked online but with one bad experience behind me I was nervous about the Chinese rip off sites. Then a friend of a friend (we all have them lol) said I should try a European site she bought her dress from. I saw her pics and her dress was amazing. I owe her big time as my experience was amazing from start to finish. The girls I dealt with on Laila Monroe were fantastic and so helpful. I sent pics of a designer dress I liked but was way out of my budget and was no longer available. They said they could make it and gave me a great price. Not only that, they suggested a few small design changes to make the dress exactly as I wanted. Custom made to size, it only needed minor alterations to make it fit perfectly. And best of all, it cost less than half what I would have paid in a bridal store. Big thanks to Sam for telling me about this site. Thanks to all at Laila Monroe. Thanks to this site I avoided making a big mistake when buying my wedding dress. There are so many sites with amazing dresses and some great reviews but when I checked here I saw that mixed with great reviews were some really bad ones that told a different story. After more research I learned a lot and began to smell a rat. The old expression was true, namely "if it looks to good to be true, then it probably is too good to be true". A friend had bought from an Irish company called Laila Monroe and her experience was excellent. I found a 2011 Mori Lee dress that I really liked but it was no longer available and I waned to make a small design change. I was able to chat with one of the customer service girls and she was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. I ended up paying more than I would on one of the Chinese sites but I got a custom made dress exactly as I wanted and it was as perfect as I could have wished for. Custom made and customized design, delivered on time and at a price less than half the high street price. Recommended? Yes.

A few friends bought their wedding dress online with mixed results so that made me a tad nervous. One of my bridesmaids got her dress from the Laila Monroe site in Ireland and it was beautiful so I decided to take a chance and order mine there too. One factor that swayed me was that she said customer service was really good and they were easy to contact. I was on a tight budget so price was important to me. All I can say is that from the first contact it was better than I expected. I liked one dress but wanted some customization and they said this was no problem. They did everything they wanted and more. I wanted extra swarovski crystals and some little add ons and they did it exactly as I wanted. The customer service was amazing and the only slight drawback was that because of the time difference, their live chat was off line in the evening when I was home from work but that's only a very minor point. All emails were answered within about 12 hours and once my order was confirmed, they kept me informed at all times. Delivery was fast with DHL and when I received my dress I confess to shedding a few tears. It was beautiful and so much better than I could have hoped for. Our wedding was fantastic and everybody loved my dress. Thank you for helping make my day perfect.
