This site is TERRIBLE!!! I ordered a sheath (017016336) dress, ended up paying $200 for it (that includes the $20 shipping and handling) and when my dress came I HATED it!! The sizing was fine but the quality of the dress was so bulky, heavy and cheap feeling. It was certainly not $200 quality. “Perfect Ball Gown. ”

“BAD experience”

They have a no return policy that is not made clear. They double charged me and would not refund my purchase, refused to let me return when it was the wrong color and wrong size and gave me the run around, no clear explanation for any of it. I would not recommend them to anyone. (read more)

“Worst dress ever”

I ordered adress it is horrible hem it crooked they cut out lace and without hemming it sewed it on the dress crooked my dog could have made me a better dress. Now they will not return my emails or give me a refund I have requested several times.Customer service told me to iron it,last I checked an iron will not make the hems even at least 4 inches shorter on one side.this place is rubbish and a rip off. I was required to submit a photo, which I feel is degrading. But if they were utilizing it to actually give me a refund, I could almost deal with it. However, I have gotten nothing but excuses as to why I can not return the dress for a refund. There is not a customer service number to call nor an address to return the merchandise. The order number is JE0128455181. I am aware of the color chart and do not have a problem with the color of the dress, or even the sleeves for that matter -- BUT THEY DON'T MATCH! I understand that if the dress is made of different materials there is a chance of a slight color difference. That is not the case in this situation. The sleeves of this dress are a million times different that the actual color of the dress. Ironically, however, the sleeves match perfectly with the underlining of the dress -- and that is a different material! I am requesting a full refund on this purchase and will be happy to return the dress at your expense.

This reply does not make sense to me. I placed an order, gave you enough, more than what you recommended to receive my order. You failed to deliver my order without notifying me that you could not keep to the deadline. I have been asking for a refund because receiving this order will no longer be of use to me. Your response seem to oblige me to keep the order for another event? What other event?

You can't return your dresses just for a wrong size. Their sizes aren't accurate, so you HAVE TO HAVE IT ALTERED. Um I didn't ask to be told to spend more money on alterations. When you go to order, it doesn't say A THING about "non-returnable or non-refundable." You find this out after the fact. Don't like it? Too bad. Doesn't fit? too bad. "We don't have a warehouse." Garish beading seems to be a common complaint with JenJen House after checking more reviews. They do not accept returns but agreed to a 30% discount off another dress.
