“horrible customer service”

They claim that their sizing is accurate and it is not. To add insult to injury, they refuse to take it back claiming that we didn't measure right and it's only 1 inch off and we should have it fixed with a local tailor. Their return policy is unclear that basically it's final sale unless it is damaged during shipping. I would never shop by them again.

Actually, our size chart is based on our own size chart, different from any one you will refer to in your country. And we have also stated this point at our size chart part. Hope you can kindly understand this.

In JenJenHouse.com, each of our dresses will be made from scratch after the order is placed. So our return policy will be different from those off-the-racks. If we do make your dress in the correct measurements, then return will be unaccepted by us. Hope you can kindly understand this.
